Upload a prescription
No prescription is required to order from cpapgerate. Many customers still like to send us their prescription or titration report, for example so we can check the set pressure and mask size, or to attach it to the invoice for reimbursement. You can do that here, before or after your order.
What you can send
- Prescription from your doctor or sleep clinic
- Titration report with the set pressure (CPAP/APAP, min/max)
- Settings sheet of your current device or mask size
The document is transmitted encrypted and read only by our order team.
