Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ISL Trading, Paunsdorfer Allee 1, 04329 Leipzig, email: [email protected]) of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter or an email). Sending your notice before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw effectively, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. opened masks and consumables).
