30-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it — for any reason at all. If you don’t like the mask, the size isn’t right, or you simply changed your mind: you get the item’s full purchase price back, with no restocking fees.
How it works
- 30 days: contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via the contact form and include your order number.
- Return address: we confirm the return and send you the return address.
- Full refund: once the goods arrive, we refund the item price within 5 business days to your original payment method (PayPal or card).
- Would you rather have a replacement or a different size instead of a refund? Just let us know.
Return shipping costs
Returns are sent to our address in Israel. The customer pays the return shipping — we recommend an insured, trackable shipping service. The original shipping costs are not refunded.
Exception: if an item arrives damaged, defective, or not working, you pay nothing at all. Send us a photo together with your order number — usually no return shipment is needed, and you receive a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.
Condition of the goods
Please return items unused and in their original packaging.
Hygiene items: masks, mask cushions, tubing, and filters are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons once the sealed packaging has been opened — unless the item is defective. This mirrors the hygiene-seal exception in EU consumer law. Unopened, sealed items can of course be returned within the 30 days.
Your statutory right of withdrawal is unaffected
This 30-day guarantee is a voluntary additional service we provide. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as an EU consumer applies independently and is not limited by it. You can find the full policy under Right of Withdrawal.
